A modern building. Friendly staff. Electronic queue. I didn't watch the queue. Among the disadvantages: there are not enough information signs on the street. They are there, but they are few and they are not completely informative, and it is difficult for a person who is here for the first time or from another city to find the right building. Moreover, it is written at the entrance where which building is, but what is in it, you can only find out by going directly to the building.
