I recently ordered a mug with a photo (I made the design myself on the website) the next day they wrote in Viber
"The mug is ready, we are working until ..."
My request to send a photo of the finished product was refused, citing heavy workload and in general, if everyone will be photographed, then when to work. I was confused that the employee wrote with such errors as if I corresponded with a first - grader…
I thought I would come to pick it up, and there would be a crowd of people because of which I was refused a photo, but I did not come and there was no one.
In short, customer orientation is 0, although the mug turned out to be good, but there is no desire to return here again.

I ordered a mug with my own design. The print quality is excellent, the production time is literally a few hours. The support in Viber is friendly, the layout was adjusted on the spot. Great!
