Everything is disgusting: from the moment of acceptance to the attempt to pick up the finished product. I needed to replace the hidden zipper in my trousers. The unfriendly woman said that we don't do this, but literally tore my pants out of my hands, said it would stick out (although I changed the zipper in another studio, nothing stuck out). Then he says: let's do it, 25 rubles. I was too lazy to carry it to the studio at home, so I decided to do it here, even though the house has 15 rubles. Then, at the time of writing out the receipt, uena became 28 - because of the leatherette. Okay. He writes further and says: one more ruble for the zipper. I'm boiling over, but I'm still too lazy to take it to another place. I pay 29 rubles. They tell me to pick up 27 (and then it was 23, Mon). My colleague shortened their jeans, took 2 rubles less and gave them back at lunch the next day. I arrive on the 27th at 15.00. The woman says: I didn't even start your order, we have delivery after 18.00, look at the receipt! Yes, indeed, after 18.00, but as we already know, they issued orders earlier than 18.00. This attitude infuriated me. I wished a hundred times that I had taken it to the studio next to the house. It seems that everything is according to the rules, but it's like I went to the USSR.
I was passing through. It was urgently necessary to repair the jacket. The master did everything perfectly! A huge selection of threads, matched tone to tone, although the color is specific. The price was pleasantly surprised and pleased! The master was polite and professional! Thanks!!!
