There is no such boorish and indifferent attitude towards customers in any other hardware store, even at the bazaar it is more pleasant to communicate with sellers. The review was left for the shops in Malinovka and kamennaya Gorka, I have not been to the others, but I think there is not much difference. The review is not based on a single visit, but on dozens.

I picked up goods from the pick-up point several times, employees literally had to be persuaded to find my order in the warehouse, while some directly answer me "I do not know where it lies" and passed the order to other people who also reluctantly took up the search.
As for the consultants, this is a separate song. I came to pick up a laminate in my apartment, started choosing a color, and when I asked one of the consultants to help me make a list for an online order of what to buy for the laminate (skirting board, substrate, etc.), I heard the answer: I don't see the point in counting something now if you don't buy right now. The mood was spoiled, and in the end I had to pick up everything myself.
