But in general, if you are interested in something, there is no one to consult, it is not always convenient to go to the information center. And if you turn to someone in the audience, they wave it off with the excuse that it's either not their department, that they don't know how to help us. It feels like students or schoolchildren are working as sellers.
There is everything for all occasions, the staff is always responsive and friendly. Thank you very much to all employees for any question they try to help.
1) Indifferent consultants who are often not in place. But it's not their fault, I think, but the management, which does not motivate, does not pay money normally. Why should they try?

They did not remove the anti-theft cap from the product, and as a result, turnstiles were triggered everywhere in every store, no one came up to help, especially about the self-service checkout

You need to spend a lot of time and nerves searching for a product yourself and waiting for one of the consultants to pay attention!

Sometimes you have to wait a long time for a consultant to come. The girl in the lighting department didn't answer almost any questions. But the guy I turned to later was very helpful with the purchase, thank you. It's great that we provided a 15% discount on others, thank you, it's nice! The location of the store is not very convenient, but it is as it is. I am pleased that you can buy almost everything for repairs.
