We visited this store several times and didn't like it. The assortment is not quite neatly laid out. Of course, I understand that we buyers are not quite normal. I have seen more than once how on the way to the checkout they laid out goods anywhere, when they changed their mind to buy, or even a cart with goods.
But in general, if you are interested in something, there is no one to consult, it is not always convenient to go to the information center. And if you turn to someone in the audience, they wave it off with the excuse that it's either not their department, that they don't know how to help us. It feels like students or schoolchildren are working as sellers.

5) Pleasant and friendly cashiers. They like it. But still, the greedy management does not reward them?)
6) At the Information Center, specialist Anna is the coolest person I have met in this store. But they won't give her a bonus for good work, will they?))

The store and the assortment are not bad. But!!!! Consultants don't want to help at all! They don't know their assortment well. We chose window sills on April 14th and were told that there are only 2 and 3 m. But.... having climbed between the shelves ourselves, we found other sizes that were exactly what we were interested in! Consultants race around the room from one to the other. No one is interested in actually helping. They can't even contact (or rather, they don't want to) other OMA stores in the city to clarify the availability of goods there. You need to spend a lot of time and nerves searching for a product yourself and waiting for one of the consultants to pay attention!
