I absolutely disagree with what has been written here! The reviews seem to be screwed up! We ordered flowers for my grandmother and mother on March 8, and as a result we received flowers with mold! When I came to the store and asked for a replacement, it caused a lot of negative emotions among the employees, but in the end, albeit reluctantly, they were replaced... I do not advise you to buy flowers in this store!

The bouquet was accompanied by a greeting card, which is ordered and paid separately. As I learned from the recipient, it was a postcard, BUT without congratulations. To my complaints about where the congratulations were, the company replied that it had signed everything and it couldn't be. I threw off the proof of the empty postcard, after which...the company went on to say that it was signed, but sorry. To my question, how to level the situation, the company offered no, not a discount from the store or something else, but to deliver the postcard separately after the holiday or to congratulate the recipient by phone. A spoon is good for lunch. After the holiday, there are more problems from postcard delivery than compensation. I have no complaints about the colors, they were good, but the sediment is very unpleasant.

It seems that all the positive reviews are written by "friends of the store" Why, because the seller responds only to positive reviews and does not give an explanation for low ratings. Disgusting attitude towards customers. Sellers have such an appraising look, as if they are owed something. The website clearly shows the prices for a certain number of colors and indicates that the delivery is free. However, when I clarified this information in the store itself, I was assured that the minimum order amount for free delivery is 15 rubles higher than indicated on the website. When I reminded them about the online store, they pretended that they didn't know anything about the lower prices on their website. As a fact, I attach a screenshot from the site, because, apparently, scammers work in the store no other way. Who will quickly get their bearings and change everything on the site, as if nothing had happened. And this will once again confirm their duplicity. Do not hesitate to take a book of complaints and suggestions and point out their dishonest work.

I arrived in Bobruisk early in the morning at 7:00 on the way it was the nearest studio store, in general I went in, asked to arrange a bouquet of roses, as a result I was unpleasantly surprised several times: 1) when I heard that they were receiving goods now and they would not do anything ... 2) they started making a bouquet, but at the same time so much negativity was heard, as if I had come not to a flower studio but to a place unrelated to flowers; 3) The bouquet was made as follows - gorgeous roses simply stripped the leaves from the bottom of the stem and tied with a ribbon, believe me, even a person with one hand can do this, but it was assumed that professionals in their field work there. It could be written off that it was early in the morning, but for all this SERVICE they took an incomprehensible amount of money (in local prices, 6 kg of strawberries in equivalent). In general, it is not clear who wrote so many positive reviews. I do not recommend this place if you want to receive the expected service!
