There is no worse flower shop (Borisov, Normandy- Neman Street, 1). And I'm not talking about flowers right now, but about a "florist" (if you can call a flower seller that)
There is no such terrible and unpleasant service anywhere. Let's say yesterday she advised me to go and buy a box of chocolates rather than a rose. What is this all about!???? I do not recommend this store.
I will definitely write a complaint next time. And if that doesn't help either....I know where to go next🤗

Disgusting service! after everything was written in the order, they called back several times and asked hundreds of questions, including specifying the payment method, and after receiving the answer (by card) they did not even deign to warn that payment to the courier was only in cash. The courier reached the entrance, but did not go up to the apartment. I called back-they said the delivery to the apartment was free, the courier said that the apartment was for money. One star only for the flowers, they are really good, let's see how they will stand. I had to ride with the courier to the ATM, it was fun. I do not recommend it
