On the first floor there is genuine leather, on the left is the entrance to the markdown department, which I did not immediately understand because I did not see the corresponding inscription, on the second floor there is artificial leather.
It turned out to be incomprehensible for me to make a reservation where there is no reservation number. The first name, last name, phone number of the person who issued it doesn't matter, they demanded a photo (which surprised me the most) and the model number. They are not the most friendly sellers, I would not like to buy anything there anymore.

The company store at the factory. I highly recommend visiting a small discount store on the ground floor first. The quality standards at the factory are very strict, so the slightest jam, the wrong shade of skin color, scratch, etc. is rejected here, and therefore there is a high chance that an almost brand-new bag will cost you 50% or even 15.
