I faced unexpected difficulties last year. It turns out that in order to get to the reception of documents at the Visa Application Center by appointment, you need to make an appointment in Moscow in advance, and I live in Omsk. When you go to a given phone number, the robot answers and it is absolutely impossible to reach a specialist.
If you walk by e-mail, you can move like a black hole in one direction.
Why is this Visa Application Center so unnerving and poorly organized? Very difficult memories.
If we had worked like this at school (me, the teacher), I would have been fired a long time ago.
I visited this legendary place yesterday. Before that, of course, I read the reviews and set myself up that it would be very difficult. To my great surprise, everything went as smoothly as possible. I don't know if I was so lucky or if people who write negative reviews were unlucky. I had an appointment for a Greek visa at 13:00. At 13: 07 I was already at the window and submitted the documents. Of course, there were some incidents. They found an error in my profile and warned me that they could fix it themselves, but this is a paid service. I agreed, because it was the first time I was dealing with the visa application center and I was afraid that I would mess up even more. And only then did I find out the price of this service and, to put it mildly, I was stunned, standing at the cash register.I was also struck by the cost of the message that arrives the day before the passport is delivered to the house. In my opinion, 9 rubles is a bit much. That's why I took off one star. As for the staff, I have no complaints at all. I had a chance to talk with 5 employees during this time. All the girls behaved as correctly and kindly as possible. If I had any questions, they calmly answered and helped me sort out the paperwork. Thanks a lot to them for that. I was very worried and stupid a lot
😋 At 13: 57 I left the VC. The whole thing took me an hour. Including biometrics, running to the ATM (because payment is made only in cash), insurance registration and the very submission of documents.
I think it all depends on your attitude towards employees. If you smile, treat employees politely and with understanding, then you will be treated accordingly. I will be waiting for the coveted envelope. Good luck to everyone in getting a visa!
We were on our way to the visa application center from Vileika .More than 100 km.The pick-up time is scheduled for 9:30.We were at the decision meeting at 9:40 .The queue was cancelled and they offered to submit documents through the conference room .Plus 200 rubles for the cheap services of the visa application center of Greece.By whom such rules were established, Nick did not explain. The entire leadership was represented by the administrator.I had to collect the last money and run to an ATM.No one sees or hears anyone except the money.
