Terrible and irresponsible service, I've been waiting for the card for 10 days, on the 10th day I was told to come up a few hours later, when I came they told me to come up another day
I have been using the bank's services since the opening, everything is great.
But after visiting this branch, I was horrified by the mess. The "operators" do not have table numbering to know who to approach in terms of waiting time, the room is small, ventilation does not work, I'm sitting talking to a girl about my finances on deposits, 2-3 people are standing over me, since there is no waiting place.
