A very opaque service!!! The manager of my case is Alexander. Case manager Ekaterina.
I made a request that I need to apply for a visa to Switzerland. I asked questions about the case. I received the price in the standard order, and requested an urgent review to meet our deadlines. Alexander, when specifying the cost, wrote that he would prepare everything (see point 3 in the screenshot), (and details about the cost in the screenshot)
We sent the contract and payment and IT TURNED out that earlier the cost was announced taking into account all the visa processing services, but IN FACT I was only issued an APPOINTMENT to the visa application center WITHOUT a visa!!!, attention, my husband and I for 204,000₽ (8800 dirhams)!!!
And then, I talked all the communication about our the case with my husband, as a result, I received the price, and only then I found out that the cost was for 1 person. This was not mentioned anywhere in the communication.
Absolutely low level of expectation management, transparency of communication and complete disappointment from the service.
Why couldn't you have written the entire price list right away, what's included where? I had to constantly interrogate everything.
Case manager: then we were assigned a case manager. I'm waiting for an answer, there's no one, so I had to write to Alexander again and ask if the case manager would write to us. To remind you again, to do everything yourself again. The case manager wrote it. No navigation, she doesn't understand what kind of service we have. I had to figure out what to do before recording. In general, I am now waiting for our recording until April 15th. Let's see if it's all a hoax.
I do not recommend this office as much as possible yet. Beautiful packaging and PR, but in fact opaque communication.
