I'll start, perhaps, with the only and funniest minus that was there: there was NO black pen ANYWHERE in the hotel at ALL. Blue, red, green, but not black. Now about the pros: despite the stone cladding, the stone inside the rooms and on cool Istanbul nights is very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning, which can be adjusted even for heat. The bathroom floor looks slippery, but I, a rather clumsy person, managed not to fall once. Ventilation is working properly, they give shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, washcloth, new soap, toilet paper supply, drinking water is replenished daily. There was also an Ihome radio speaker in the room, with built-in charging for an iPhone, respectively. There is a fruit basket downstairs, breakfast was not included in the price, but it did not come out so expensive. There is also a gym, an open roof with sofas, a restaurant with panoramic windows on the penultimate floor
Great hotel, stayed there on a business trip. The rooms are clean, beautiful, maybe a little small. The breakfasts are delicious. Although it is the center, it is quiet and cozy.
A small, cozy enough hotel, we booked a standard with a queen size bed, the hotel upgraded the rooms to a two-room corner suite (Lux Corner) at will, which was undoubtedly very pleasant) in the standard cosmetics L'occitane, in the Suite German cosmetics Milton Brown. Low window sills with a soft surface on which you can sit and enjoy the view. Any wish is fulfilled very quickly. Upstairs there is an open terrace, the view is not very good, for three. There is also a restaurant, they cook quickly and very tasty, you can order in the room. The hotel is very conveniently located in the modern part of the city, 3 minutes to the Embankment. We were satisfied, but we probably won't go to this hotel for the second time, it doesn't reach the top five a little)
Cool design, convenient location, normal staff.
Disadvantages: it is very noisy from the tram (the line is right under the windows), the water in the shower and sink does not go away (perhaps a trick to save water). Pistachios and almonds were on the table in the room, we thought it was a compliment - it turned out that it was not and we were asked to pay at check-out (a trifle, but not pleasant).
Breakfast at the hotel cost 1,320 lira for two (4k in rubles).
The hotel is fine, but I won't go a second time.
A big plus is the location. All the main attractions are within walking distance.
Daily cleaning in the room and the room itself is decent in terms of furniture, bed linen, etc
. Minus: 1. Very small room with a view of the neighboring house. There are no view rooms in the hotel at all. 2. Very expensive bar in the room.

A chic hotel, very helpful staff, the room was very clean, good Loccitane cosmetics, clean bed linen, and most importantly smelled great, expensive air conditioning. The location is also great, we went to have breakfast at Galataport every morning, it's literally 3-4 minutes from the hotel.
Very convenient location, all attractions can be reached on foot, pleasant staff, clean enough, good price/quality ratio.
Among the disadvantages: poor-quality room cleaning, the hotel is more suitable for the four-star category, it does not reach five.
