Almost all doctors are good, but the reception is always in a mess, they can't find a card or make an appointment with specialists, it's not clear why they put so many computers and people there if only one of the 4 people works…
The clinic is clean and well-maintained, there is an electronic registration. And the issuance of tickets for the queue. But that's the whole pain, a ticket to a Doctor's appointment is issued 2-3 hours later, even if you arrive at 8.00, so the queue builds up quickly. But at the same time, you can't leave and arrive on time, since there is also a live queue in the corridors that is still occupied. To see a therapist , it 's not real at all . People with fever pass without waiting in line, newborn children also without waiting in line, old people, pregnant women are sitting in line, and so on, the queue does not move. The question is why they stopped visiting patients at home, why risk their health, which may get worse, why they cannot allocate a separate doctor for newborns and pregnant women. The conclusion is that the hours of visiting the doctor and the schedule by day do not correspond to the flow that is directed to them. Not everyone has the opportunity to go to a private clinic, but at the same time, not many people have time to sit for hours in a clinic.
It's a mess!!!!!!!!there used to be a head there who went to the ministry, so everything was neat with her. And the doctors and the tests did everything. And now half of the tests are paid, and which are the most expensive. AND A MESS!!!
Performs its function. There is one disadvantage - there is no pediatric neuropathologist, no orthopedist, eternal queues and coupons are running out quickly
Everything is fine, the doctors are competent, they will listen to all the problems, help in any way they can or tell you where to turn or to whom, but I put 4 because there is no queue control, although there are coupons
The most terrible 59 polyclinic.
Especially the Chief physician loves to drive people if you need 2 seals, he will put one 2 does not put. Rude is very unhappy with her. They would have changed it. He does not respect the elderly or the sick. And the staff doesn't like her.
They waited for the doctor for 2 hours, even though her shift started at 13:00, she came by 15:00, her nurse was not there, they dragged patients from floor to floor
As in all polyclinics there are long queues although you can make an appointment in advance by calling the doctors are polite but waiting in line for a long time is exhausting

I called several numbers, including those listed on other websites, but there was no answer.
Objectively, a good clinic. Polite, courteous staff. The only thing that really pisses me off is often inadequate visitors who have no idea how to behave in public places!
