The store staff is very polite, helps with everything and goes to the meeting. I bought winter boots at the store, and I hadn't worn them for even a month when the sole of a pair burst. I contacted the store, conducted an expert examination and approved the replacement of the pair with a new one similar in manufacturing defects.
