The exchange office does not work all the time. I exchanged it once, the next day it was disconnected and I wrote that it did not work. Maybe ATMs can't stand the heat either))
There is only one employee in the universal cash register. It takes 10 minutes for each person to send/receive transfers. There were 5 people in front of me. As a result, there is almost an hour of waiting to receive the transfer. There is no machine for counting bills at the cash desk. It's like 15 years ago.
A good branch of the bank. Quiet, calm, there are no queues, the staff is good-natured.
