I am very dissatisfied with the work of this carrier. I was waiting for furniture from Donetsk, the parcel was quite bulky, 8 seats and one of the seats was GLASS, it was signed with these letters. It was my parents' birthday present to me. And what I got was shattered glass!!! That's how it should have been thrown.. The claim I wrote was rejected because the packaging was cardboard. In general, not only the goods and mood were ruined, but also cooperation with a large company from Kramatorsk, in which I work and receive goods from Kiev every week, previously by New Mail, now I will definitely use the services of another carrier!
