It is inconvenient to go up to the 2nd floor. The room is small. There was an ATM on the street, they took it off. And mostly elderly people go to this bank. Sometimes there's nowhere to sit down.

Yes, this is a complete kapets. Moreover, extortionate interest rates from banks, exchange rates, etc. are also being ripped off out of the blue. I came to put dollars on a dollar card. A young kid was sitting in the window. I gave him a card, told him to put dollars on it. So he either out of inexperience, or got loose on the first working day - he changed dollars into rubles and put rubles on the card... Did they tell you to change the money and then put it on the card? No! I lost 10 rubles on his manipulations.. It's because of such employees that you don't trust bank employees, every time you expect to be cheated!
