Good afternoon! 25.01 we went to this pharmacy to buy lenses. We didn't remember the names of the lenses, but we know exactly what the packaging looks like. Ask the employee in a friendly way: "are there lenses in the window to look at them", to which we were answered: "no", when we began to consult, ask questions and ask which ones are better, we were provided with a form from the doctor, to which we were rudely answered what lenses were available and went to the back room. It sounded and looked like this: "why did you come here, you see I'm busy." Later, a completely different employee came out to us and began to serve, and we had to repeat everything again, show and tell what we had already done. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen such disgusting service. They wanted to immediately ask for a KZiP there, but they felt sorry for the employee. But the sediment was not pleasant and I wrote on Instagram to pay attention to the employee. To which the staff of this pharmacy began to write to me in a personal message from personal accounts with negative messages. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.
