The National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus is a real treasure trove of art. A magnificent collection is presented here, covering both Belarusian art and works by world masters. The halls of the museum are spacious and well-organized, which allows you to quietly enjoy the exhibitions and immerse yourself in art.
The halls with works by Belarusian artists are especially impressive, where you can learn a lot about the culture and history of the country through painting and sculpture. The museum also features works by Western European, Russian and Oriental masters, which makes its collection really diverse.
The museum staff is always ready to help and tell you more about each work. For those who are interested in art and history, a visit to the National Art Museum will be unforgettable.
What can I say. A great museum! An excellent collection of Russian paintings. It was a pleasure for a native of St. Petersburg with an art history education to walk around the exhibition. There are many halls, the logic of the display is present, good lighting. It is worth noting the hall with stairs and a glass roof. Delight.
There is only one drawback. The absence of a souvenir kiosk. After such vivid and positive impressions, I wanted to leave something to remember. But I just had to save the ticket.
Prosperity to you!
A great, rich, modern museum.
The new building is generally a delight. Lots of light and space.
There are Russian masters, and there are artists from Belarus. It is interesting that creativity from the history of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth is represented. To understand the history of this region, that's the very thing.
There is an exhibition of Chinese and Japanese culture.
There is also the avant-garde and social realism.
Genres and schools alternate, and even for a person who doesn't really like modern art, it won't be very tiring.
