I contacted the company based on the feedback of my friend. Recommended as a decent partner.
I ordered dental supplies (my order number is 13207) through Strela Trans Grpp in June 2015.
Before ordering and paying from the manufacturer, I consulted with the manager of Strela Trans Grpp and showed the product that needs to be delivered.
The manager said that we constantly carry such goods without problems and not only. He said you can pay the manufacturer, or if you want, give us the money and we will pay for it ourselves. They said that in 8 days I will pick up my order in Ukraine.
After I just paid the manufacturer, and the goods from the manufacturer arrived at their Beijing warehouse.
The manager dials me and says:- We can't pick up your cargo and in general we have problems, in general we can't take your cargo and we can't help in any way.
This is how the Strela Trans Group company works. It looks like a "KIDOK"
Before contacting them, read the reviews.
They're throwing it here!
The only thing that saved me was that I made the payment via PAYPAL, and after 1.5 months I managed to get my payment back.
The company did not offer me any options on how to resolve the issue, they just froze off and said they could not help in any way.
I do not recommend this company as decent!

A normal company, I have already placed several orders through them. Managers are sometimes stupid, but this can be attributed to the human factor, but in general I like almost everything. There were delays due to problems at customs, but the last orders pleased me - it took only a WEEK for purchase and delivery from the USA.
