I came to the agency "Gorod" to rent a house. They gave me several options, which I ran all day. None of them met my requirements, which I immediately told the realtor about. When I said that nothing suited me, they promised to provide me with more options. Within 2 weeks, not a single call from the agency was received. The contract period is 2 weeks. The obligations under the contract were not fulfilled at all. They promised that in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions, the money will be refunded. I wrote statements addressed to the boss. It's been 3 weeks - nothing. I will most likely contact the editorial offices of newspapers and create a bad reputation for them.
