Sat and Sun are closed. Some kind of lunch. There is always a queue. The staff is slow. I went to change the money, I was the third in line....the result is 25 minutes (((((. Why do I need it at all?

I spend money, mostly I use such services, employees don't seem to be brakes, they know a lot about their business, but there are more queues at rush hour, but where are they anyway?
