The service is not very good. everything is not organized somehow. What does this have to do with the capital of our country?...It's a shame for such hostels.
The situation is as follows: I booked a 2-bed room, everything was properly emailed the act of check-in, and the next day they called and said that the room had already been booked 5 days ago, despite the fact that the reservation for this room disappeared immediately from the list in my name.. question: then why was I able to book it if it was already prepaid and why was the room displayed as for accommodation if it was already booked???? what kind of service is this? Conclusion: there is no organization....
