08/13/2022 we purchased an Italian-made bed in this salon. We took an expensive bed with the expectation of quality and, of course, a long-term period of operation. In September 2022, at the place of attachment of the lifting mechanism, the lateral kingpin broke. We contacted the store, they sent us an "expert" who is their collector. We asked to replace the part with a similar one. They called tomorrow and offered to replace the tsarga with a Belarusian-made tsarga. We refused and demanded, in connection with article 20 of the Law on consumer Protection, a refund. In response, we were sent a letter with a proposal to independently conduct an examination or fix the bed at our own expense. I do not recommend contacting this store, because they sell expensive goods and refuse to be responsible for warranty obligations.
