Very tasty donuts. Always fresh. I am pleased with the difference in tastes. The staff was very friendly. Overall, one of the best confectionery I've tried! I recommend that all donut lovers definitely try it. They will easily cheer you up any day!

The place is cool, the donuts are very tasty, perhaps the best that there is in Minsk (minus non-chain cafes, it can be cooler), but specifically in Arena City some disgusting staff for the most part. Rude, sad, not friendly and lazy. In general, similar cases occur in other points of the network, but in the Arena it's too much, almost everyone who served me all the time is like that

The service is terrible, the staff is rude, with a dissatisfied face. This point spoils the impression of the entire network. It is not the first time that they cannot put different donuts in different packages, while at the same time, when asked to punch in a different receipt (if one receipt is one package) They put it in one bag anyway
Two hours before closing, a choice of 5 donuts (we took 4). New ones were not prepared at the same time
The donut was placed with a bare hand without a glove
I really wanted to ask for a book of complaints and suggestions, but I didn't want to waste time on it at the moment
