We need to force the government to work for the people! There are state registrars sitting here who charge people for services they do not provide. Moreover, they do this in an extremely brazen form: conditionally divide the offices (registrars) into paid and free (registration services themselves are free, a fee is paid for changing data) one free, 4 paid, respectively, the queue grows to 100 people. They charge money for consulting services that they do not provide, in fact, this is a fee that eliminates a long queue to get to a paid registrar.
