The hotel is very good, the rooms are cozy, the beds are soft and comfortable, everything you need is in the rooms. The prices are great, breakfast is included in the price and almost a buffet (by the way, they cook delicious, hello to Kokand hotels, where they have 2 sausages and eggs for breakfast)
There is also an outdoor swimming pool, free of charge for guests, quite good, although a lot of local people rush in at peak times.
Of the minuses, I will note the often missing reception staff (you need to call or search near the pool) and the lack of any canopies in the parking lot (in the heat of +40 you don't want to leave the car for the whole day)

The air conditioning is working, the TV is working, the bed is normal, the bed and the towel are clean. The pool is clean and tidy. I recommend it for a budget but good service

The pros are a huge pool, the cons are the cost of the hotel and the service. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but in fact it does not reach 2 stars.
The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is dust and dirt, the bathrooms are dirty, the plumbing is all leaking, especially the shower, it's sad. But everything was done in 2000.

But the quality of the rooms varies greatly. For the first time we stopped by with a company, rented a 3-bed room. The room was normal. The second one was glad to come by himself. I got a dead number.
But overall, the price/quality balance is excellent.
