Zorana Djakovic, a trichologist, the worst doctor, visited her in November 2023, unfortunately, she did not write a review immediately and only now decided, it was so unpleasant for me to remember her appointment. It was the most traumatic experience I've ever had with a doctor, she had two problems - the first one she couldn't make the right diagnosis, which was obvious - androgenetic alopecia.
she also lied in conclusion - in conclusion, she wrote that she had done a Pool test and the result was negative, although she did not do it to me at all.
(does she really think her patients can't Google, or are they stupid enough not to figure out what a pool test is? does she really think that her patients won't be able to understand that she didn't do the pool test, even though she wrote in the conclusion that she did? and by the way, I have a positive pool test.)
and the second problem:
I have not met a more rude and unethical doctor yet, she communicates in a commanding tone (as an example, when she was saying her appointments, I looked at the poster on the wall above her, she stopped and sternly said - look into my eyes, not there. Can you imagine? I am an adult 30-year-old woman, I paid 7000 dinars for this appointment and the doctor of this clinic tells me where to look! she communicated in a commanding tone throughout the reception, ordered silence and not to speak without her permission. It would be funny if it wasn't so traumatic.
It is very inconvenient that when you make an appointment for a repeat visit, sometimes you have to wait more than an hour, although there is no queue in the corridor.
I made an appointment with a dermatologist for 10 hours. I'm waiting for 30 minutes. They tell me that I am not registered in turn (I did not know about this), and I should wait a couple more minutes for the doctor to be free. After 50 minutes, they said they didn't know what time they would be able to receive me.
She asked for a refund and left.
