The monument to the Moldavian ruler Stephen III the Great is one of the symbols of the Republic of Moldova. He ruled from 1457 to 1504. The work of Alexander Plamedale.

Monument to the great ruler, "our everything" in Moldova, Stefan the Great :-). Previously, the pedestal was granite, but in the early 90s, at the peak of the "national consciousness", it was changed for some reason. Probably, after gaining independence, the rulers of the republic thus emphasized a new bright period in the life of Moldovans.

Stefan cel Mare Park - Chisinau There is a beautiful and well-maintained park in the very center of Chisinau. The Alley of Writers. Lots of colors. Fountain. Free Wi-Fi. Music. A playground for children. There Is A Cinema Nearby. There is a place to eat. It is very pleasant to walk in the summer. It is suitable for both leisure and work.
