Either this branch of Halyk Bank isn't lucky enough to get smart bank officers or just the whole bank has gone down in the level of service but I was continuously disappointed by my last three or four visits here. And still struggling to resolve a situation caused by bad advice of the bank's HelpLine. But the good thing is that they are open until very late, unlike most other branches.
Very nice consultants. They speak Russian and Kazakh perfectly, help to understand the application and accounts.
It is a pity that there are very few of them. One consultant per department sometimes.
Very slow cashiers.
1-2 of all cash registers are usually open.
We had to wait 45 minutes before the service, although there were only 8 people in the queue.
