Matching price and quality, I was satisfied with everything. Great location, the very center next to the sea and the sights. Clean bed linen, towels. There were technical problems in the room, but they were quickly fixed.

For this price, the hotel is normal. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a refrigerator. There is also a hairdryer, shampoos/soap/toilet paper, TV (not included), slippers. There are flaws in the bathroom, and there are questions about the cleanliness of the room, but the bed and towels were clean, white - that's the main thing
The breakfast is monotonous, but quite tolerable. Tea/coffee can be made at the reception during the day. The staff seemed friendly enough
The hotel is located near the center, metro and train. You can see the sea from the street, but it has no beach. There are few beaches in Istanbul, in principle
If you only need a hotel for an overnight stay and you want to save money, you can safely take it

Dirty room. A hotel employee stole money.
Positive
+ Good location, near the historical center, convenient transportation.
+ A good breakfast - boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, sausage, cheese, portioned butter, honey, jams, tea, coffee, juice.
Minuses
- The room is small, there was barely enough room for two people. The room is very cold.
- Dirty bed linen, there were stains on it. Dirty towels.
- Terrible toilet. The bathroom has BLACK MOLD and a stink. When I went to the shower, the whole bathroom was flooded with water. There is black mold at the junction of the toilet and the floor, and there is also black mold on the sink. The drain in the floor constantly stank of sewage.
MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM US AT THE HOTEL
We left the money in the hotel room, it was inside the suitcase. On day 3, a friend discovered that $180 was missing. The reception said that no one had entered the room and that there had been no cleaning. A day later, we looked at the CCTV footage and found a recording where a male hotel employee enters our room with his key in the afternoon. When he was called, the employee lied that he was changing shampoos in the room. The hotel owner returned the money and apologized.
I do not recommend this hotel.
