The main thing is not to become clueless bureaucrats in the process. In general, if they didn't give basic knowledge at school, they've been teaching for 11 years, but switched from 4th grade to professional practice, it would be more useful. UNT, tests do not teach anything, children as before have to write dictation, expressing their thoughts and counting equations. There is no culture of communication.
