Unfortunately, the service has only gotten worse. There is no transparency in the acceptance and transfer of the form from the client to the dry cleaner and back. Many forms do not reach the client and the service claims that we still need to pay for this "lost" form. On each form there are surnames, a tracking code, but for some reason the managers do not show the movement to the client by name. To find a form, managers do not go to a meeting. Specially, the form is lost in the dry cleaning in order to siphon money from the client.
