The attraction of Kaunas is the funicular, although it is far from young, but it is still in good working order. And it takes you up to the observation deck with a beautiful view of the city. Upstairs, the observation deck on Kaunas, on the day of our visit, was under repair and fenced off from visitors. You can also reach the top by car, free parking is available next to the music lyceum. There are no other attractions upstairs.
