I decided to order a phone in this store by pre-order. We drew up a contract that specified a maximum delivery time of 14 working days. No one issued the check. After this period, the store was not honored to notify about the status of my order. Several times I called them myself, wrote to them, to which I received an answer that the phone would be tomorrow. As a result, they called me after 3 weeks and told me to wait another 1.5, they promised that this time they would definitely bring everything. The day before the appointed time, I called the director Ekaterina to clarify whether everything is in force. She replied that yes, I could come the next day. Upon arrival at this store, it was closed. After repeated calls (after 30-40 minutes), a certain Maxim appeared, who was pleased that there was no phone and it was not known when it would be. When asked why they said that everything was in force and it was possible to come, they did not have an answer. The refund process in this store is also not fast, they said to wait up to 7 days. As a result, there is no phone, money and nerves. I do not recommend this store.

I ordered a custom-made phone in this showroom, made an advance payment in cash, refused to issue a receipt, but only a copy of the receipt. They promised to deliver the phone for 7-14 days, 30 days were prescribed in the contract. Courier Maxim tried three times to allegedly deliver the phone, but each time he postponed for unknown reasons (then he has a lot of deliveries and he does not have time, then he transfers data from another client and cannot answer me and clarify the exact time of my delivery). But when I asked for documents on the phone ( the act of acceptance of the transfer ( spelled out in the contract ) and the receipt, then staz was told to come to the store. Basically, Ekaterina tried to solve the issues with me, who did not want to deliver the phone, and all because the price of my phone under their order increased by 15%. Provoked termination of the contract. at the same time, she communicated incorrectly and cheated on the refund every time: then she will bring me herself, where it is convenient for me, then come and take it yourself. As a result, the money was returned a month after the conclusion of the contract, and it was brought by a Yandex taxi courier, simply wrapped in a piece of paper. There are no documents that the money was returned to me. BE careful with this store! And demand a receipt for payment for the goods! The seller is obliged to issue it!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23. Initially, it was promised in about a week. As a result, they were fed breakfast for three weeks. They gave the courier's phone number. Then he said that they had brought the wrong color, they were changing it. Then, in response to my question, he wrote that "they will be able to deliver tomorrow." Apparently, "they can" is not equal to "they will deliver".
As a result, in a couple of days the end of the delivery period under the contract, no phone, no money is yet visible.
