However, it seems that most workers are always busy talking to each other, often standing in groups. They watch and copy goods, sit at computers. If you need something, you go around looking for someone to turn to. With regard to the department where they sell paints, tile glue, water emulsion, brushes, etc. goods. There seems to be one department, but they refer to one or another manager.In the wallpaper department, it is impossible not only to find specialists who could advise, but in general it is impossible to quickly arrange the product you have chosen. There is no choice of tiles in the ceramics department at the height of the repair season. There is only one cashier and the cashiers are rude. There are no movers who would load the goods into the car. There are no discounts for pensioners, even when buying for large amounts. The amount of goods delivered is very large compared to other stores. After delivery, the movers ask for additional money. The pages in the book of complaints and appeals are not numbered. There is no feedback. It is advisable for the administration to view, at least sometimes, video cameras.
