It's a very cool room! It is large and spacious, and there is a large cardio area. There is equipment for trx training. Large halls for group training. The locker room is a little cramped, but there's plenty of room for everyone.
Minus one, there are only two toilets on the weight, because of this queues are gathering. There used to be a toilet in the locker room, but now it's closed.
The staff is very polite and customer-oriented. This applies to both the coaching staff and administrators.
It's a good gym. There are many different types of equipment.
But the most important thing is the coaches. I am studying with Anastasia Zakharchenko and I can only say positive words.
Thanks to Anastasia, I got acquainted with the world of "smart fitness". Instead of mindless muscle building, under the strict guidance of Nastya, it is the strengthening of the body, improving mobility, closing all weaknesses.
Anastasia is as comfortable and pleasant to work with as possible. Extensive experience and deep theoretical knowledge are visible. And in a year and a half of work, I can see the results firsthand - I've never felt so good as I do now. Joint pain, muscle cramps have gone away, and posture has improved. The overall quality of life has increased.
