Vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Baku! A cozy place with an ethnic interior and delicious vegetarian and vegan interpretations of familiar dishes. And, of course, don't forget that you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy delicious vegetarian food. Don't miss the opportunity to try delicious dishes!
🤏🏻 The serving of the dishes is a little delayed
There is one table on a small balcony with a beautiful view of the street
– Risotto with mushrooms (9 ₼) – pleasant texture, balanced combination of spices and ingredients, perfectly cooked.
– Salad with guacamole (9 ₼) – guacamole is saturated, avocado is cut into strips, which gives the dish more texture, you can eat as an independent dish. There are a lot of onions in the sauce.
– 🫓 Kutabs: with greens, pumpkin and soy meat (5 ₼) – an assortment of three types of kutabs. Usually in Baku, kutab with pumpkin is sweet, but here the filling is spicy, which adds piquancy. Unlike other establishments, the dough is less greasy, rather crispy and dry. Kutabs with soy meat and herbs are also crispy and dry.
– 🥬 Red cabbage salad (6.5 ₼) – resembles vitamin salads from childhood. It goes well with risotto. It is not worth ordering as an independent dish, it is better as an addition.
Fried potatoes with mushrooms (9 ₼) – juicy, perfectly cooked potatoes with mushrooms.
– 🥤 Lemonades (6 ₼) – red basil and berry lemonade. Refreshing, but expected a less sweet taste.
A wonderful restaurant! Cozy, atmospheric. The cuisine is at the highest level, very, very tasty. Please note that the restaurant is vegan, but absolutely everyone will find something suitable on the menu for themselves. The mission of the restaurant is to promote healthy eating and local cuisine. The prices are reasonable. Pleasant service - without fuss and the desire to impose something. A place you don't want to leave.
Great place! Very tasty food, be sure to try dolma. They offer vegan wine (white, red, pink).
There is Wi-Fi
We were sitting on the balcony on the second floor, it's a little noisy there, but it's still very cozy
We talked with the owners of the cafe (they speak Russian), very pleasant interlocutors
The prices are reasonable. They gave 35 manats for two soups, a dolma, a pot of tea and a glass of wine
A brilliant place!
Although vegan, it is insanely delicious. There is an emphasis on local cuisine. There is a choice without sugar. The creators have worked hard on the menu. I highly recommend it even if you are not vegan
