You serve embassies and people to get their visas. But please improve the customer care and communication first of all. Such horrible , useless and the rudest, shouting people sit at your call centers and at the security gate. They take themselves as the security guard of Kings and Queens. How come they treat people in such rudest way I ever seen??? Every single customer is charged a huge money to get your 'useless ' service done. Your company live on these money that I pay or others pay!!! Why you can't be slightly friendly and pleasant while speaking with people. This feedback is for all service team who work in Tashkent. Such a nasty treatment by security guard and call center operators. Why they are sitting there of they cannot guide people and cannot answer their questions or no help. What is the point to have a call center if they answer to everyone " we don't help you or we don't know". Was it established to support customers?? Or security guard Why they address people with neglect and some coercive tone? Does the customer come to face such people . If I am visiting your visa center,I Come to get visa formalities to be done but not to hear or face nasty face of such horrible people who are useless and rude!!!! Service is 0! I wish you take action againist such employees who treat customers horrible and abhorrent way. Stop treating people as animals! I am very disappointed with my experience at your visa center in Tashkent. It is 2nd time I had this
