I don 't know where to write , I 'll start from here . In general, there are no complaints about the doctors themselves . But! The car is equipped in such a way that an elderly person is not even able to get into the car. My grandmother is 86 years old, she struggled to get into an ambulance, and then barely got off. Doctors are standing , they won 't even help . Make a step or something like in a minibus, or some kind of stool. Well, it 's hard for elderly people to climb so high .
