Sellers honestly do not respond to customers. Even if you omit the fact that they don't know much about anime, they don't have any sales experience. They can't recommend anything, sell and advise too. Especially the guy who sells there didn't even get up and say hello. I am a regular customer with them, but this particular branch has such a problem.
