I've read the reviews, I'm not happy..But I was probably lucky twice..I did not know how and what to do, the girl helped me in detail and patiently, although the queue was gathered..It's my fault that I came at lunch, but I waited 15 minutes. It opened at exactly 15.

Or look on the website, and if I urgently need to pick up a parcel, is it terrible????
