A year ago, at the end of October 2023, I bought a light jacket 2505C-90X-XL (21,990 kzt) in Reserved (in DOSTYK shopping center). It's been lying there for a year, I just pulled it out now. And oops! - in one sleeve, the lining is sewn with some kind of twist, twisted around the straight axis of the sleeve, so that the arm DOES NOT FIT inside. the photo is attached : the tag, the inside of the sleeves, and separately the left sleeve (there is a hand inside) - it is visible that the sleeve is twisted. In fact, a defective product cannot be worn. What should I do with this? (And the RESERVED store itself is quite decent in terms of assortment and comfort)

A great store with a large selection and good quality clothes. When we visited, there were big discounts, we managed to take two winter jackets for pennies.
