Beautiful interior. The room is clean, recently renovated. But there are also disadvantages: a monotonous breakfast, which is swept away at 8 in the morning, and there may be nothing left at all until 10. The problems of vacationers are not of concern to the hotel management. Boiling water flows from the tap, cold water barely flows. Broken plumbing: water from the sink washes not only hands, but also feet (a hole in the sanitary ware). On our arrival, half of the rooms were occupied by a football team from Uzbekistan, which demolished the hotel, disturbed sleep, jumped, screamed like macaques and broke into the rooms, but the management did not bother in any way. The fact that people pay a lot of money and have to live in this hell is very unfair.
We were led by 9.5 points on Booking, we were very sorry. The hotel has only one advantage - the location within walking distance of the main attractions of the beauty of Bukhara.Everything else is just cons.Dusty and dirty rooms, very old bed linen (with ties!), hot water becomes only after a few minutes of draining, it's cold at night, and the battery in the room is non-working, I had to turn on the air conditioner for heating, which is noisy. There was no reaction to the request to wash the bath, the garbage was not cleaned once in three days. The sockets in the room are two extension cords rewound with duct tape.1.5 thousand rubles were requested for washing jeans in a typewriter. And when we left, they accused us of tearing a penny curtain in the bathroom, which we definitely did not do.On this trip, we were in four cities, changed five hotels, but it was unpleasant to return to this one.I do not recommend it!
Overall, a cozy place, although the amenities are only in the rooms, so when we left and came to pick up our left things, there was nowhere to go
There is a landmark of the same name nearby, which, however, can not be found without a map
Wi-Fi and shower, bed and hangers - everything was available, however, on the first day the lights were turned off in the area, because there may be problems with Wi-Fi
The street is quiet, but at the same time everything is at hand, Khoja Nasreddin is no more than five minutes on foot, and there is a shop literally half a minute in the other direction
A decent place in the old part of the city, within walking distance from the sights, breakfasts are not very varied, but you will not stay hungry, rooms are warm, repairs and baths are available.
A magical, ancient, beautiful house, with a hospitable host Sultan! We traveled with a large company of 25 people. The owner met everyone at the train station. Homemade breakfasts, lovingly prepared by the hostess, magical homemade pastries. The hotel is clean, quiet and very nice and cozy inside. The location is close to the main tourist spots. You can walk around all the main attractions. I wish prosperity to the owner and his house! We will definitely return to Bukhara!
The location is perfect, the owner is a very kind and responsive person. He met us at the train station and brought us to the hotel, the breakfasts are very dense. The only thing from the hot all two dishes to choose from is either scrambled eggs or an omelet, but I would like some porridge, for example. The room is spacious, the TV didn't work well, you could have asked to set it up, but we didn't. The repair is old, I think it's time to update, but you can live. Cleaning is carried out if you ask, I would like the garbage to be thrown out every day, but we have never been thrown out, although I asked the woman at the reception (I probably forgot). In general, I advise. 4 out of 5 due to old repairs and not a varied breakfast.
Close to the center, they accept all types of payment, including transfer by SBP. The breakfasts are so-so, but you won't stay hungry. You can order a guide and a taxi from the owner (taxi - he himself, maybe a guide too, have not tried). In the evening, during rush hour, the hot water is not hot enough, but after an hour everything is fine. The room has shampoo, soap, toilet paper, reusable rubber slippers of men's size. We were in March, in the afternoon on the street for + 20, in the evening around + 10, the batteries burned like crazy, but the windows open. The TV catches local channels, Russian channel 1 Eurasia, the nearest neighbors.
+ beautiful hotel, within walking distance from the main attractions. A warm and comfortable room, (we were during a snowfall). Delicious breakfast. The possibility of payment in both soums and rubles (by transfer)
- problems with water pressure, poor sound insulation between rooms.
Everything is fine, the breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are modest, but the mattresses are hard, very clean towels and bed linen, the water is hot, the pressure is good. Special thanks for the breakfasts! But the rooms are modest!
Cozy hotel. Delicious breakfasts.
The owner is friendly, helped with advice, an interesting conversationalist.
The hotel is located in the center, next to the tourist area.
Rooms are clean, water, air conditioning
We liked this guest house, the rooms are small, but very clean! The hospitable hosts are very welcoming, they did everything for our convenience! The breakfasts are delicious, homemade. The location is convenient. I recommend.
Excellent authentic Uzbek guest house with a friendly and hospitable host. It is located in the heart of the historic city, close to many attractions. I recommend
Good location - in the center and at the same time away from the noisy streets. The interesting interior takes you back in time. Delicious breakfasts and helpful staff.
A good authentic hotel, with very responsive and pleasant hosts. Beautiful mattresses, the best of all the hotels we visited in Uzbekistan. Convenient location, within walking distance from the historical center. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, the products are all natural
A very atmospheric small hotel in a building that is more than 300 years old. The room is decorated in an oriental style, with shutters on the windows. Friendly staff. Payment by GPB Union pay card is possible.
A very atmospheric family-run hotel. Very tasty breakfasts from the hostess, Sultan, the host, very kind and caring. Location, two minutes from the old town. Everything is fine and sincere.
Excellent historical hotel. It's a great breakfast and the design is very imaginative. 4 min to the old town. Thanks to the chefs and the maid for the cleanliness and the taste of the breakfast.
Convenient location, quiet, good breakfasts.
The water pressure is good
The decor in the rooms is excellent, although the cleanliness of the linen and rooms is excellent!
Very good, breakfasts, rooms, cozy. The hotel is equipped in a traditional style and it gives atmosphere. The staff is friendly, they can advise where to go and how.
Disgusting attitude towards the guests. The staff does not respect the guests - consumer attitude!! The rooms are a complete ruin. I don't understand why they have a high rating on the booking. I do not recommend it!!!
Advantages: location, authentic interior, good breakfast
Cons: a long and unorganized settlement process, the technical condition of the building, the water of the mountains and the hole barely flowed from the tap
We were in September 2022. A small cozy family hotel in the center of old Bukhara. Cozy clean rooms with large comfortable beds. Delicious homemade breakfasts plus fresh fruits. Friendly service in good Russian
I recommend the hotel.

A very nice hotel. Atmospheric, located a few steps from all the main attractions. There are many places nearby where you can have a delicious snack. Good breakfasts. Friendly staff. They told us everything, prompted us, helped us change rubles at a good exchange rate and sent us to the train station at the check-out at the expense of the hotel.
Shampoo, shower gel, 2 towels – everything is fine. The softest mattresses that we came across in Uzbekistan.
We liked it. There is a European service here. A variety of breakfasts. Fruits, vegetables, cottage cheese, sour cream - everything is homemade. Close to attractions and restaurants
Awful. The water barely flows in the shower, the heating is not regulated - the room is very hot, long check-in. There are cold croutons and porridge for breakfast, no coffee (they offered only instant for an additional fee).
A small family hotel. It doesn't look presentable. But the first impression is deceptive. The friendly hosts welcome you as a long-awaited guest. Opening the door of the room, you get into an oriental fairy tale. Many thanks to the hosts for the delicious breakfasts and fruits. The owner took us to the airport himself, despite the early departure.
We are very grateful for a wonderful vacation. We were greeted, fed excellent breakfasts, the hotel itself is clean and beautiful, located in the very center, you can walk everywhere, the owners are always ready to help. And at parting, they presented melons and tortillas, took them to the airport. Very emotional!!!!!!!
The best hotel in Bukhara! The rooms are spacious, clean, with a very kind and sweet owner. The breakfasts are delicious and served at a time that you tell in advance. I have already visited this hotel 2 times, I'm going to come again!

This lovely hotel is a 5-minute walk from the historical center of Bukhara. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly, and I liked their attitude to the guests the most. Homemade breakfast is served at a certain time, which you will tell yourself. We stayed with the whole family, everyone liked everything, I definitely recommend it
We had a rest in March. Excellent Guest House, very hospitable hosts, cool rooms. I recommend it to everyone, the breakfasts are great. The atmosphere is homely.
A very pleasant hotel. Very good location, it seems to be in the center and at the same time on a quiet street. Originality! National cuisine. There is a national flavor in everything. It's like entering a new world. Bukhara itself was surprised by the device. The spirit of the past is felt, but at the same time, a new time. We remember with a kind feeling of gratitude for the hospitality.
Super hospitable hosts. We were met at the station and escorted off, although the train was at 4 a.m. We conducted a master class on cooking pilaf, without any payment. The breakfasts were wonderful. The girls, the daughters of the owners, provided dishes for our food, tea, and cleared the table at any time. In general, we rested like relatives.
