I love the products of this brand. Design, assortment, quality - everything is always at the highest level. On March 8, I wanted to surprise the girl and buy something like that. When I got to this point of sale around 10 a.m. before work, I just watched the sales girl leave in a direction unknown to me. I saw the 11:00 sign at the checkout. "Apparently, the working day will start later," I thought. Which was very strange, because people were already queuing at other similar points. But there was nothing to do and I went to work, deciding that I would stop by after work. But what was my surprise when I came to this very point at 18:30 and saw a new number on the plate at 18:55. I understand everything, sometimes you need to step back for some reason. But not for 25 minutes at the height of sales? I have never rated below 4 stars, but this failed purchase discouraged me from ever returning to this particular point of sale

Very tasty individual items. For example, cantuccini. Or Florentine cookies. In general, palm oil is used in chocolate. Which is not acceptable for a premium brand. But I put 5 for the taste minus 1 for palm oil.
