The craziest scam I've ever experienced!
I purchased a $20 toy and received a receipt for $20, but they charged me $200! What’s even worse, they hid the $200 receipt. When I returned to the store, they confirmed that yes, they took $200 from my account, apologized, and promised to refund the difference and contact me. But no one ever reached out to me. I now have to send them messages every single day with no response. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional behavior! Stay away!

I explain to the seller that she is not giving back correctly, but she was distracting in every possible way and claimed that everything is not right. My important phone calls were distracted and I went out, there was no way to come back. Approximately 33,000 were issued in tenge. It turned out that I bought it for 44,000. Awful.

Please teach the sellers to be polite. It is somehow indecent to throw goods and documents on the counter and immediately stick your nose into the phone. I'm not talking about the elementary "thank you, please, etc." As if I went to their house uninvited.
