We started attending physical therapy classes at the 13th children's polyclinic. The instructor "Aunt Tanya" methodically, carefully and correctly engaged with our baby. She watched her every move, corrected mistakes, and selected exercises to correct her posture. Such efforts yielded results, after six months of classes we were re-diagnosed and the diagnosis was removed, and this fact surprised even the experienced doctors of the 17th polyclinic.

An appointment with doctors at the end of the month is a month in advance, it's hard to get through, there are a lot of patients, long queues, everything is fine with the staff, good district doctors and nurses, there are also good specialists at the reception, they masterfully cope with the influx of visitors. On healthy child's day, on Tuesdays, I would like healthy children to visit the clinic for a professional examination.
We have been serviced for several months. The impressions are good. Everything is neat and renovated inside. There are polite staff at the reception. Pediatrician Sidorova and her nurse (unfortunately, I do not know the last name) are always friendly to the infant, answer all questions. We visited a surgeon, an ophthalmologist, a cardiologist - we were satisfied with the attitude. Nice women work in the labs for testing, took blood from a finger, tried in every possible way to entice, were polite and kind, I can say the same about the nurses in the office where they vaccinate.
I don't understand why the clinic has 3 floors if there are no specialists. A useless clinic, because apart from pediatricians, there are no more specialized specialists and for any problem you need to contact a paid medical center.
The most ordinary polyclinic, there is a hospital nearby. There's a cool toy store there, as a child they always went there and bought all sorts of different Lego figures

On Tuesday, we were at an ENT doctor's appointment with a small child 0+ (Twice: 1 time in 1 month and the second in 6 months).
We made an appointment in advance , took a ticket for 8.20
We came to the clinic in advance, and there are 10 people under the office, if not more, and half of them are without coupons and coughing (and this is on TUESDAY) on the day of a healthy child!
So they also say that one goes on a ticket , then one without a ticket. The ENT doctor and his nurse adhere to the same principle.
The question is why I have to sit with a 0+ child in a queue with coughing and snotty children , having a ticket for a healthy child's day. Then why do they issue coupons? Maybe this is the norm for someone on other days, but not on Tuesday, when 0+ kids come, they write everywhere and tell them to avoid contact with infectious patients, and then it turns out that the health care organization itself does not comply with its recommendations!
The building is good , the service and the level of doctors are minimal , sinusitis appeared from a cold , antibiotics for 3 weeks , which caused complications
I sincerely believe that we are very lucky that we belong to this polyclinic, because excellent specialists work there. I would especially like to mention the pediatric service. I am sincerely grateful for their work. Yes, there are problems like everywhere else, queues for appointments, queues for narrow specialists. But it's not the end of the world. What can be done in the conditions that exist, everything is being done as much as possible. Low bow to all the medical workers of this institution!!!! Thank you for your work, for your participation, for your responsible attitude towards our children!!!

Outwardly, a good clinic, fresh repairs, everything is fine. But an appointment with a doctor a month before the due date, not earlier, is of course a tin. It is unrealistic to find out the results of the tests without going to the therapist, you need to complain all the way to the head, this is the only way to find out the results by phone.
There are no narrow specialists, the problem with paid services (it's hard to get through, incompetent in answers), the rehabilitation department is ancient, the question of how many procedures are left, the answer is how much you want to go, and if you don't want to, don't go...
A small infant. Cold weather. They didn't let the car into the parking lot. They told me to walk. There is no attitude towards children in this situation.
To get an appointment with a pediatrician, even by appointment, you need to sit in line with an already healthy child for an hour and a half... It's just awful. The healthy ones came, they left again with a sore. There is no electronic record at the beginning of the reception!!!! Just to close the certificate or come for some directions for examination at the beginning of the appointment. From the strength of 6 coupons, try to catch it. And then it will be those who, after a couple of hours of admission, are waiting in line with a bunch of sick children.
And the last time we faced the fact that we came with complaints of headache, and the pediatrician Egorova sent, allegedly at the wrong time, too many other patients are sitting under the office!!!!! And she didn't even listen.
You can't get to a neurologist, it's a whole quest. There is no traumatologist in the clinic!!!! Go to the clinic far away. It can be written endlessly. Where are we going? Medicine is getting worse and worse every year ...
there is no mask regime!!! The floors are not ventilated. Everyone is sitting and coughing, one is cooler than the other. Parents generally don't care if the child closes his mouth or not. And the masks? You haven't heard. No one is afraid of the crown anymore.
There are enough specialized doctors in this clinic, they will help you solve your problem in any case. The attitude towards people is friendly. If you call a doctor at home, you can wait for him from the very morning until the evening, but this is solely due to the fact that doctors should go around the entire site
There are a lot of specialists, kind and responsive, the staff is exactly the same as the specialists, the attitude towards customers is mutual, you have to wait depending on the queue
The district pediatrician and M.nurse are excellent, there are few other specialists, you need to drive around the city, very inconvenient access and ascent for people with disabilities, outside help is required
In paid services, only cashless payment
There is a kiosk-tent with toys for children
We like our site. The ent is the same and there is nothing to talk about ... Everything is fine with the repair . Of course, the problem of queues does not change, but what can I do

It's a mess, not a clinic. For example: an appointment with a narrow specialist at the reception, the answer is everything is scheduled, I come, but the corridor is empty, there is no queue, since it is so scheduled, this is not the first time this has happened. There are still a lot of negative points:the lack of pediatricians, the very dubious qualifications of the available ones, so after hiking, then they still had to carry for a fee, if they did not need a sick leave, then they would not have led. And so I drive everywhere on a paid basis, just not to go to this institution.

A good clinic, there are no problems with narrow specialists. The therapist at our site is excellent, the queues are small. There is also an experienced doctor in the red zone, and the treatment is prescribed competently and adequately. I used to belong to this clinic myself as a child, now there are two children, they are happy with everything. The staff is polite.
There is something to compare it with, as they were served in different polyclinics in Minsk. The service is good. Patient and attentive attitude to children. I especially liked the ENT and the Cardiologist.
