The penalty for a two-week downtime was naturally imposed on the client (customs in Russia does not work well).. we just forgot that the stamp with the date of submission to customs was accidentally sent to the client). They also tried to file a lawsuit several times. Naturally, the court did not even accept the case. The gathering is so unprofessional that they can't even collect documents in court...
A mandatory clause of the contract is that all penalties are imposed on the customer.
We tried to drive through Astra on the recommendation of friends. The first two shipments went fine, then our combined cargo of 13.5 tons got stuck in their logistics center. Get ready for eternal "breakfasts", there is no communication with drivers, responsibility to customers was also not noticed - as a result, the cargo from Vilnius moved for almost four weeks. I had to communicate with the manager every day, we became almost friends with the driver, we monitored the participants of the combined cargo ourselves. Competitors brought us two shipments, which were released two weeks later in half the time. No compensation was offered, the delay of the car cost us about the amount of freight losses. I strongly advise against it!
