I visited a store (a vial in the SamPi shopping center)I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The sales consultant was rude, sat on the phone, was reluctant to help and reacted to requests with irritation. When the terminal was not working (for about 15 minutes), I offered to return the next day, but in response I heard a rude and aggressive comment instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. This behavior is unacceptable for an employee working with clients.
