A good bus station, I liked everything. There is a canteen, a medical center, and they give you a receipt with the platform number and seat numbers. There is a luggage storage room, paid. There was practically no queue. But what was really hard was the travel time. It took us 10 hours to get from Almaty to the border with Tashkent, and 19 hours to drive back from the center of Tashkent to Almaty.
