Everything would be fine if it weren't for the touts, who are shouting very loudly and calling to go with them. Sometimes it's scary. The bus station itself is clean, modern, there are writing points and souvenirs, very friendly staff. The toilet is paid 2000 soums.
A spacious building. A convenient platform for boarding passengers. There is a hotel. There is a buffet.
But there are few places to relax in the building
The station is not big, there is no special cleanliness, not all ticket offices work... and as a result of the queue! I was very surprised that there is only one bus a day between Tashkent and Samarkand!!!
I was only 2 minutes late, they just didn't let me in front of the bus door, they said qr scanning would take a long time, then at the ticket office the girl fined us 25% of the ticket price and most importantly there were no more flights and we couldn't find a taxi for a long time and when we found it we paid very dearly. Through me, my colleagues who managed to catch the flight said that my seat and 2 more they submitted 120,000soums to others. It was 11/10/2022 - Tashkent - Bukhara flight departure at 19:30. The girl at the 7th checkout turns out to have had to keep 15%
In short, I am not very happy and it is better to overpay on the railway than for these non-professionals at the bus station.
Guard, you buy a ticket, they give you one piece of information. The bus flight was at 12:00. I was told to arrive at 11. As a result, the bus was served at 13:00, they promised a restroom on the bus, unfortunately it was, but it was closed. On the one hand, it is true, since people are different and one hundred percent of everything would be done. I'm sorry for the frankness. About the station itself, they themselves do not know which platform the bus will come to.
They said 20 came at 17.
The toilet is damn paid.
The station itself is clean.
A bus station from which you cannot leave by bus, because there are never tickets for the necessary routes. But you can always take a long-distance taxi.
It's not very convenient to navigate, we spent 10 minutes looking for a toilet, we had to start asking the employees.
I recently used the services of the train station. I was surprised that there are so many bus routes in different directions.

In general, we could not buy train tickets because we need a local bank card in the application, even the Caspian Sea does not work, and on the advice of the locals we decided to take the bus. In general, everything is fine, but there are no conduits in the building, it's stuffy, the toilet is 2000 soums, a ticket for one to Samarkand is 68t soums, which is the cheapest, starting at 7:00 a lot of buses leave for clogging, we arrived at 9:30 and could not leave immediately, we waited for 11:00. On the way, 4 30. 1 stop to stretch the ass, the bus with a condom is basically normal. As a result, if not a high-speed train, then this is the 2nd, well, or a VIP taxi, 1 lam. Good luck to everyone.

I have not been to the bus station for a long time, or rather 10 years, and I thought now it will be ruined, I was wrong. Therefore, all those who work there Respect.
By chance, I bought a ticket online for the current day, although I should have for tomorrow! I thought the ticket would burn. I called the ticket office, they said that it is possible to reissue tickets with a 25% deduction! But interestingly, at the time of departure of the bus, the attendant on the platform contacted me and asked if I was in time for the flight? I said that I had bought a ticket for my sister, but I was afraid that she would not be able to catch today's flight, although she could get off the bus if they could pick her up on the way. To which they immediately gave the go-ahead, immediately exchanged phone numbers! After the departure of the bus, the attendant called me again and asked if the problem had been solved! Well done, the service is on the level!!!!
It's comfortable, there are a lot of queues during the day, but that's what it is.
There is a cheap hostel inside the bus station - it is very convenient
The paid toilet, also in cash, made me laugh.
It is more expensive to buy online than coming to the train station.
It is unclear when new buses run, and when old models run, check.
Toilets are paid, but there is not even a latch, an average of 200 people come in every day for 2000 sums, a total of 400,000 sums of profit per day could do normal conditions there, the ATO does its business and the doors open all in a row, there are still few benches, and so the bus station is wonderful, the food is fine, the service is good staff
Tashkent bus station. Not to say that it is very clean. The girls at the checkout are polite. The repair is normal. When I wanted to buy a ticket for the front seats, they said that everything was occupied, but the drivers of these buses themselves sell the front seats on the street.
There is not much reminiscent of the 90s, when stopping, drivers immediately run up and start where you need one person and we will go right away (and so you will wait for hours), how much you will give, is there a post office in short, illegal taxi drivers surround you
The renovated bus station. Everything is very convenient according to the schedule. Especially the buses to Bukhara are top

Avtovokzal ancha qulayliklarga ega. Chiptalarni online olish oson. Shaxsan menga avtobusda yurish yoqadi va toshkent avtovokzali meni barcha talablarimga javob beradi.
Big clean bright Everything is clear even to a visitor There are no gloomy guards and a grandiose shmon as in Russia Cashiers and employees speak both Russian and English Well, if there is no bus, then you can leave immediately outside the territory and to any point of the republic and abroad
A good bus station, I liked everything. There is a canteen, a medical center, and they give you a receipt with the platform number and seat numbers. There is a luggage storage room, paid. There was practically no queue. But what was really hard was the travel time. It took us 10 hours to get from Almaty to the border with Tashkent, and 19 hours to drive back from the center of Tashkent to Almaty.
